Our Treatment Options
All of our massage therapy session types are listed as 'Therapeutic Massage' because that what massage is - therapy. Every session is customized to your unique needs and wellness goals. We incorporate a variety of techniques and tools available, integrating Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques, Myofascial release, trigger point release, positional release, assisted stretching.

​Since every session is customized, our pricing is 'all-inclusive' - we do not charge extra for specific massage techniques, deeper pressure, or the use of tools.

Monthly Treatments
Set yourself up for wellness success with one or two recurring monthly massage session(s) and save. Great option for those who have a physically demanding job, who are under on-going stress, or who participate in regular exercise. Regular massage sessions will give you the maximum benefit of therapeutic work to have you moving freely without pain.

Your monthly massage membership includes:
- credit for one 60- or 90-minute therapeutic massage session
- set of TuneUp Fitness Therapy Plus Balls for on-going at home self care
- if needed, book an additional 60-minute session in a month for 20% off
Booking & Policies
Scheduling
Book online, call, or text. New client intake paperwork is paperless, you will receive via email to fill out prior to your session. Existing clients, please let us know of any health changes in your appointment notes.
Office / Location
Our office is located in the Rosewood Building at Detroit Ave and Westwood Ave in Lakewood. Free parking is available in the lot behind the Rosewood Building or there are metered spots along the street. You will enter the double glass doors on the Westwood Ave side of the building, our office is on the first floor.
Payment
A credit card is required to schedule an appointment for new clients. Pre-payment is optional, unless specified with a promotion. We can accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, or cash, processed at the time of session. All treatments are subject to 8% sales tax.
We do not accept insurance. If a physician has prescribed massage therapy, we will not charge sales tax. Please bring a copy of this prescription with you to your appointment.
Late Policy
If you are running late for an appointment, please contact us. If you arrive late, you will receive whatever time is left of your session, however you will still be charged the full amount of session.
Cancellation Policy
A 12-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel appointment within the 12-hour window may result in a $20 charge of the scheduled treatment with the credit card on file. *However, we will not charge a cancellation fee if it is due to illness or an emergency. Any prepaid sessions will remain as a credit on your account for future use.
